About the event
CFC Norco meets on the 3rd Monday of Each Month.
The mission statement of the original Cowboys for Christ organization is to "Honor and Glorify our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and to share the Good News".
The purpose is also described more expansively as:
To reach the lost with the saving Gospel of Jesus Christ.
To coordinate Christian fellowship between individuals, families, and groups within the cowboy and cowgirl community.
To be an active force in sharing the Gospel throughout the "cowboy world".
Cowboys for Christ is an interdenominational ministry that often serves as the foundation for the "cowboy church" movement, going out to where cowboys and cowgirls gather, such as rodeos, horse shows, and trail rides, rather than expecting them to come to a traditional church building.
